Robins graduated first in his class from the University of Houston Law Center in 1991. Since graduating from law school, Robins has represented tens of thousands of Plaintiffs in pharmaceutical, medical device, and other product liability cases, and has acted as lead trial counsel and obtained favorable jury verdicts in a wide variety of major personal injury, wrongful death, toxic tort and commercial matters.
Ian is a graduate of the University of Houston Law Center and a founding partner of Robins Cloud LLP. He has been responsible for the asbestos docket since the firms founding in 1992; including litigation, settlement and management of the docket. Ian has tried over 100 plaintiffs’ claims to verdict. He also has represented over 20,000 victims of asbestos disease since 1992.

Justin R. Kaufman is a partner and manages the Santa Fe, New Mexico office of Robins Cloud LLP. Mr. Kaufman received his B.A. from Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences in 1998. In 2004, he received his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law, where he served as an editor of the Temple Law Review. Mr. Kaufman also holds an M.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
After almost 14 years of practice, Jory has wide-ranging experience in litigating cases involving dangerous products. As Robins Cloud's lead trial lawyer for mesothelioma cases, Jory helps families who have lost a loved one due to asbestos-caused cancers. As co-lead of Robins Cloud's Food Safety team, Jory helps victims of food poisoning.
Lawrence G. Gettys is the managing partner of the Baton Rouge office. He has represented thousands of Louisiana clients with mesothelioma and other diseases caused by exposure to asbestos in parishes throughout the state. An accomplished trial lawyer, he has handled hundreds of hearings and served as counsel at trials that resulted in significant victories for his clients.

Through this experience, Mr. Friedman discovered a particular passion for mesothelioma patients and their families.
Anna Greenberg fulfilled her lifelong dream of helping injured people seek the justice they deserve when she joined Heard Robins as an associate.
