Lindsey joined Robins Cloud in 2023 and is a part of our team focused on insurance bad faith and professional liability litigation.
Prior to joining Robins Cloud, Lindsey specialized in Plaintiff side personal injury litigation, seeking justice for individuals and families who had suffered from serious and catastrophic injuries caused by third-party individuals, businesses, and government entities.
Lindsey’s passion for helping those who have been harmed, wronged or mistreated does not stop with her legal profession. Lindsey has a soft spot for animals who have been abandoned or abused and who are in need of loving homes. She particularly enjoys taking on the challenge of rescuing the more “undesirable” dogs who require some extra love, attention and training to reach their full potential.
From 2017 to 2023, Lindsey volunteered her time on the Board of Directors for the West Ventura County Business Alliance (previously Camarillo Chamber of Commerce) to support the WVCBA’s mission of promoting and enhancing a positive business and community environment. Lindsey has also volunteered her time for the Annual Ventura County Mock Trial Competition where teams of high school students throughout the county present a hypothetical case to volunteer judges and attorneys in a courtroom setting. The students receive invaluable guidance and feedback from the volunteer attorneys and judges while competing for the top prize.
